1. General Registration Policy
Registrations for Farmathon 2026 (₹399 for children under 14 and ₹599 for adults) are strictly non-refundable. Once a ticket is booked and transaction status is set to successful, request for voluntary cancellation or cash refund will not be entertained.
Farmathon 2026 is a charity run organized by Care of Humanity Education and Charitable Trust. Registration fees and additional optional donations are committed immediately to the purchase of participant kits (t-shirts, BIB numbers, medals) and funding welfare initiatives for our farmers.
2. Duplicate Transactions & Gateway Issues
In rare instances where a payment attempt fails but funds are debited, or a double payment occurs due to gateway network interruptions:
- Duplicate debits will be auto-reconciled by our payment gateway partner, Cashfree.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded back to your original source account (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI Wallet) automatically.
- Refund settlements typically reflect within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank processing cycles.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is rescheduled due to unexpected administrative directives, weather events, or public safety restrictions:
- Your registration entry will automatically be transferred and remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a BIB pickup containing your runner kit at the trust office, but no registration fee refunds will be processed.
